Heather Caine graduated from the University of South Florida with a Marketing Degree and a minor in Business Management. While in college she began her career in Real Estate as a Property Manager to over 400 apartment units. After graduating from college she went to work for a construction company where she fell in love with renovating residential real estate; from there she was the Director of Sales for a home warranty company where she learned all the mechanics of a home. Heather knew from that point that her love for Real Estate had begun. Heather entered the real estate market in 2004 with her husband as a real estate investor flipping homes in Dallas. Her love for real estate investing grew to loving helping buyers looking for their dream home to transforming sellers’ homes so she could sell them for TOP Dollar. She built a business of over $25 Million in sales volume along with being the Broker/Owner of Caine Premier Properties in the DFW metroplex with 30+ Realtors on the team. Heather expanded and became a dual Broker in Florida and managed both states. In 2019, Heather partnered as an investor and owner in the #1 Luxury Real Estate company in the world, Keller Williams, where she has built a team of over 50 Real- tors with $100 Million in sales volume. Her expertise has lead to several episodes with HGTV’s popular show House Hunters as well as a segment on Fox 4 called “Homes with Heather’’. Caine brings a different, fresh, modern and new approach to real estate. Heather brings a sense of today’s fashion and style and helps her clients update the home with her buying and selling expertise. Heather founded Style to Sell which is a de- sign firm that helps Caine Realtors design the homes to sell for TOP dollar.
