After a decade in the US Air Force, Jason transitioned to real estate, joining Keller Williams Realty in 2016. His discipline and commitment led to 26 home sales in his first year, earning him the 'Rookie of the Year' award. By 2020, he became Team Leader at KW Fremont, guiding agents to success. Today, with an MS in Marketing (soon an MA in Psychology), he collaborates with Erick Fernandez and EF Homes, creating innovative marketing and operational systems for exceptional client experiences while advising agents on technology and digital marketing for business growth.
