In 2003, after arriving in Tulsa, Oklahoma from Sydney, Australia, Kasia Olek started her own real estate company, the Aussie Real Estate Team and joined Keller Williams. Aussie Real Estate Team is a full-service Real Estate company that assists and facilitates all phases of a real estate transaction in varying price points from $80,000 to $2 million. Kasia leads a team of specialists, assisting in each part of the transaction, catering to clients needs through communication, problem solving and customer service. Over the course of the last 20 years, Kasia has helped over 1,700 families. Through this time, she mastered the art of lead generating by hosting Open Houses and launched Open House Win in 2014, coaching agents across the nation how to grow their business.
