Michele has nearly 20 years experience with Keller Williams Realty, and is currently serving as the Regional Director for the Greater PA Region. Michele started with Keller Williams as an MCA and was recognized early in her career as an emerging leader and one to watch. In 2013, Michele was inducted into the Keller Williams Realty International MCA Hall of Fame, and later that same year joined the Greater PA Regional team as the Regional MCA. Michele is extremely learning based, and in 2016 graduated from Penn State University with her Masters Degree in Organizational Development and Change and is currently completing her PhD from Penn State University. Michele is passionate about developing leaders and helping people reach their fullest potential. In addition to her leadership and academic pursuits, Michele is a real estate investor. In her role as Regional Director, she is responsible for consulting our leaders into top performance by using the KW models and systems. Michele's vision is to grow our region to 17,000 associates, creating 1,700 net worth millionaires through real estate ownership by 2030.
